1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Log data: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, and referring URL.
• Device information: Device type, operating system, and screen resolution.

1.3 Calculator Inputs

The financial calculators on HVACProfitMath process all inputs locally within your browser. We do not collect, log, or transmit the specific numbers you enter into calculators unless you are a Pro subscriber who explicitly saves a report. Free tool usage generates no data on our servers beyond standard web server logs (page visits, not calculator values).

Pro account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 1 year following cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted upon request.
